Blank spot ABOVE tabs in Opera 20

I'm running version 20.0.1387.82 and I've found that when it's maximized and I have a few tabs open I often end up clicking on a line of empty pixels ABOVE the tabs and so Opera doesn't end up changing to the tab I want.
Chrome DOES NOT do this btw.
Is there any way to remove this useless gap?
I've included a screenshot of what I'm talking about. The black arrow is pointing to the small gap ABOVE the tab that I'd like to remove.

Found a fix on my own.
Go to settings, put a check beside "Show Advanced Settings" then you'll have an option under "User Interface" that says "Disable tab bar's top spacing when browser window is maximised" check that and it gets rid of that damn useless strip of pixels.
