Sync doesn't work?

I'm confused. According to sync.opera everything is synced but why doesn't the history for example show up in my new device/browser? How does it work on Opera?

@throwcrow I'm having the same problem. Passwords and bookmarks aren't synched between my laptop and my android phone. Whenever I try to sync them through the QR Code, I get an error on my phone that says that the connection has been refused. Also, I get logged out of my account on the laptop whenever this happens.
