Vertical red line on images

There seems to be an issue with my browser. For some reason, many website images have a vertical red line going down the center of them that moves with the cursor. This is a new issue that has been happening for a few weeks now. The problem is unique to this browser (Edge and Chrome don't have this issue) and I have no idea what is causing it.
