Failed access to Internet Browser for Nokia 8210

I have an issue with accessing the internet.
Error:
Failed to connect to the internet. Go to http://www.operamini.com/help?version=4.4 with your desktop browser or contact your service provider for internet access settings.

I have unlimited mobile data, but still no luck at accessing the browser for basic needs.
