Why is the filesize of the app getting so big? Size is now almost 1.5GB and getting bigger and bigger. Coast feels sluggish now.
I have no recent sites in memory and 16 favorites. Running latest version on ipad 3 -

In certain cases the cache size of Coast can grow too big. This issue is fixed in the upcoming version of Coast, but in the meanwhile you can manually remove most of the cache. Here's how:
- Download http://www.i-funbox.com
- Connect your iPad
- Browse to User Applications -> Coast -> Library -> Caches -> History Previews
- Delete all image files (select All, right click -> Delete)
You will see empty previews in Recent Sites (history), but they will automatically get updated as you reopen them.

Did the download to a maximum of 120 MB but there was an error opening the browser in Opera at our site http://www.presentbar.ru Time remove from the website the file "Download cocktail recipes" but would like to retain it.

I have 41 sites as favorites, and am using 314 mb. It's in 7th place for the app using the most space on my ipad, Now since I do have an IPAD shortage of space (I've just cut some other stuff) it would be good if it takes up less space in the future.
buzzclick, when you say you have no recent sites in memory, when you go to websites, at the end of a browser session do you close it out by clicking in the lower right on the three small rectangles, and then with each site open, dragging them up to deletion?
I can probably wait till the next fix, as that download to deal with the cache sounds like ;))) too much work. On the other hand if Coast were taking up 1 and 1/2 gigs of space, hmmmm, I'd probably download that funbox stuff . . . Or I might have to delete Coast. That is too much memory for a browser to take up, though it sounds like a fix is coming.
What I don't understand is that if you are deleting everything that is open by clicking on the three small rectangles in the lower right, why there is a cache building up. (In another post/ thread in the Coast part of the forum, I expressed a concern about the websites that build up, unless you manually close each one out, as it seems like too much work) (maybe there should be a button, where you can close all sites open with one touch).
If there is a cache building up, there definitely ought to be a place on the browser where you can click to delete it.
