"Something went wrong" in my flow

I have encountered an issue with the Flow feature after installing a fresh version of Opera GX. When I click on the Flow icon, a message saying "Something went wrong" appears, with options to reset or reload the Flow. However, neither of these options seems to work, and the Flow feature remains non-functional.
I have attempted to find solutions to this issue previously but have been unsuccessful. Every form I have come across has been locked, and I have not received any answers to my inquiries.
Would appreciate any assistance
