Browser closing all open tabs in workspaces

My OS: Win10Home 22H2 64bit
Operate: LVL5 (core: 102.0.4880.104)
(Chromium:116.0.5845.188)I recently started using Opera GX and as I'm a multitasking user (I need to use a large number of tabs and when I'm not using them I need them to be saved quickly to be accessed. On Google I used the "groups" feature to save the tabs without pinning them - they are favorites but it is a way to have faster access to the number of tabs).
The problem: I noticed that opera closes open tabs in workspaces. All tabs inside the spaces are closed and only two of the workspaces are open with nothing inside (state before tabs were opened). It's as if the browser returns these workspaces to the state where there are no tabs open...
I noticed that this happens mainly after I close Opera and open it again. I keep the "continue where I left off" option as a way to start, so theoretically Opera should open with all the tabs open before closing even without actually loading them (they are only loaded after I click and enter them). And that's what I expected, but after a certain time, the spaces disappear as if they hadn't been created (with all the tabs together).
Regarding memory consumption, I could see that it was not involved in peak usage (if the problem was automatic closing to save memory), as this happened at a time when memory consumption was not so high (just over 1gb of memory). memory being used). Still, I'm not sure I can completely rule out this possible cause.
I'm not using any extension that could cause this type of problem (or at least shouldn't) since they are the same extensions I used in Google Chrome.
Is there any way to prevent this from happening? Is it a version bug? Any features enabled?

I have the same problem in Opera One(version: 102.0.4880.16). On the website https://www.sync.opera.com in the 'open tabs' tab there is a copy of the tabs from the currently used context. If you change the context, the tabs on the page will also change to those in the current context. In my opinion, there should be copies of all tabs from all contexts, dynamically changed depending on the user's actions, i.e. adding or deleting them in any context. For me, this is a big mistake of Opera. -

@dravencrow In my case, the open tabs are not even showing
I think it's a bug...
As an alternative I tried using "Pinboards". The feature is more reliable compared to the previous one (workspaces), but for the amount of tabs I need to keep saved, even opening Pinboards causes a tremendous increase in memory consumption and it takes a long time to open.
It is more useful and viable than workspaces but it also has its downside.
Because of this, I decided to migrate to Edge, it has a feature similar to the "pinboard" and also has the workspaces feature (but without the flaw that opera presents). On the edge, workspaces act as a new window being opened (literally) and everything in it is saved immediately. I tested it a few times and it is very viable.
Unfortunately, in this aspect Opera left a lot to be desired -
