Tab Islands get removed on closed workspaces

When I restart the browser the tab islands in unfocused workspaces get lost and the tabs now are free / without their previous islands.

This seems to be fixed now, but the expand status is lost. All islands expand on load instead of remembering their latest state and remaining closed if they were before.

Still isn't fixed sadly. But I can't reproduce it reliably. This time it happend after I opened a popout window (paypal checkout).
