Doesn‘t open News from MSN

I use DDG as my default search engine. But whenever I choose to klicken News there, they very often show MSN generated websites, let‘s say an article about Opera on The Register e.g.
That seems to be ok, at least for me. But when I click the link, it won‘t open the respective website but MSN homepage. If I want to see the content itself, I have to copy the link and open it in Safari (or Firefox or Vivaldi or any other browser, which will almost ever work.
Does anybody have a clue? Thank you.
