opera crashes trying to video call in facebook messenger

Need help with opera.
I have upgraded to opera version: 103.0.4928.16 and after I upgraded I can not make a video call in facebook messenger without the facebook page crashing.
I suspected a video library issue so I have reinstalled my video libraries including chrome-ffmpeg-extra I have also dropped back to version 100 and 102 but still having the same issue.
my issue is only with facebook messenger video call and only in opera. can video call in chrome no probs and all other video and audio work fine in opera
Any help is appreciated. -
