After disabling hardware acceleration the scrolling started stuttering

After updating the browser, the video started to freeze. It's like they're breaking into stripes and out of sync with each other.

After enabling hardware acceleration in the settings, everything became normal. But the scrolling started to freeze. Simple scrolling works smoothly, but if you press the middle button and scroll in this mode, it often jerks, as if stuttering

I found a similar topic on the forum, but there were no answers there.
In Microsoft Edge all this works fine.
