Hi, I find quite annoying the top edge of a tab it's not clickable, I mean, when I change tab I usually have the mouse pointer at the top edge of my screen, but that area is not sensible to clicks so I have to move the mouse few pixels bottom to activate the tab.

Got to the browser settings. Activate the advanced settings. Then go to User Interface and activate the second option.

If you think that's crazy (and it is), then take a look at how to enable Power User Mode and how to change more things via opera:flags

            http://www.ghacks.net/2013/11/04/opera-19-developer-update-enable-operas-power-user-mode/

After enabling it, check the option in Settings to always show Power User settings, then you won't have to use Konami code ever again.

Why the Settings page cannot simply have one more tab for opera:flags (experimental settings) and power user settings is beyond me. Make a bold heading on that page —

Change These Settings at your own Risk

Because this prevents people who don't understand what they are doing from fiddling with those settings and from ending up with a messed up browser.
Some of these settings can actually render your browser or parts thereof unusable!

There's no need to enable the power user mode for this option, just scroll down the settings page, tick the advanced settings checkbox then tick the "Disable tab bar's top spacing when browser window is maximized" option.
