Autoscroll Jittering\Lagging

Hi, I am an avid reader of online books/manga/and others. I usually press in my scroll wheel to be able to move my mouse down to scroll down the page to be able to read. All was fine until about a few weeks ago, now whenever I press down on the scroll wheel there is a jitter/lag and it isnt moving down the page smoothly. I have now moved to Firefox and Chrome to read as it is unbearable on Opera GX, but I would like to continue using GX. Any idea why this issue has occured?

@disstrike Downgrading to version 95 solved this issue for me.
