Backing up Speedials??

Hi, I'm a new convert to Opera for Android (please be gentle!), using it on a Moto X. Main reason being that due to the Kitkat issue with text re-flow I'm finding Opera one of the few I consider usable. Overall I'm liking Opera having both the latest version 20 and Opera beta on my phone. A nice clean interface and with good text re-flow and quite liking the speedials for bookmarks on my phone. I don't as a rule have 100's of bookmarks on the phone.
My question is how do I backup my speedials on my phone. Opera synch does not seem work though I can see bookmarks that are on my PC. All I want to do is to be able to backup the speedials to save time in case of a reinstall of software on my phone. It would also be handy to be able to import the speedials into Opera Beta too? Is there way. I don't seem to be able to find where speedials are saved on my phone (which isn't rooted by the way)
