Have I lost all my saved workspace tabs forever by installing Opera One?

I am alas a very busy person, and installed the update to Opera One without looking too closely at it. All my Workspaces still exist, but all the saved Tabs on each workspace seem to be gone. Have I irreparably lost them?

What is it about Workspaces that you do with it that makes it critical to have them (one can "hear" the frustration in your voice, above, so it must be useful for you!)
I don't use the workspaces. Consider that in the context: i don't really use the multiple desktops on Linux Desktop's either, where that generally an option-- though I used to 20 yrs ago when I first tried Linux. I assume you use it as a means of organizing something about your productivity. I'm never satisfied w/ my configured options. There's no point in me trying to settle. I've tried. Anymore, I just go with whatever works that day. Too many options. Too few options. Too much time spent on it, then I forget what I opened the app for in the first place. ADHD i guess. i dunno.
