Okay but why the webpage border?

I think it looks okay but functionally it's a lot more problematic than it should be. I'm not precise about some of my mouse movements so typically I'll just move my cursor to a screen edge if I need to do something like unfocus a text box or scroll the entire page. The new UI is obnoxious as a result, because when the cursor is hovering over the border, no input gets registered to scroll, click on something, or pull up the right-click menu - at all.

No complaints here.
I enabled the system title-bar and borders and all is good.
I've been a longtime user of "shading" my apps, which is why I need the system title-bar. The side-effect is a more usable border.
