Change sizes for tabs, UI, sidebar, etc.

I use Opera GX and I have a really big monitor. Dealing with small font sizes isn't a big issue for me since I can see well, but the UI and button sizes are very small so I always feel like I'm playing an aim trainer.

If I could rescale things such as tab sizes, sidebar buttons, or the browser interface in general, it would be way more convenient. (I'm not talking about font sizes or things like ctrl +/-)
