No Menu Bar? No Opera!

What an astoundingly idiotic decision to eliminate the menu bar. For most people, it s the main method of navigation. I can't even count the nuer of basic interface design rules that this violate. The sound you hear is me and many others uninstalling Opera.
It is also extremely annoying that Opera doesn't even allow user contact, so that I can't complain to them personally.

Google Chrome doesn't have one either of course, and it's disabled by default in later versions of Internet Explorer, although you can still have it if you want to.
I guess browsers particularly are going this way because, perhaps quite rightly, they think you should have as much of the screen as possible for the actual web pages!

The main menu can be accessed by hitting Alt key. The red Opera button with hidden menu was introduced years ago.
Please complain your anger in comments at http://blogs.opera.com/desktop/ to get be heared by Opera devs. Or dont use Opera browser.

Please complain at http://blogs.opera.com/desktop/ in comments below existing Opera 20 blog posts. Sometimes a developer will read it.
