[Suggestion] Tab Islands Extension/API Support

I would like access to the Tab Island API for extensions, currently there's no access to this feature at all.

Main Features Requested:

• Get what tabs are in Tab Islands ( Similar to workspaceId and workspaceName added to Tabs )
• Get the Tab Island ID

Extra Features Requested:

• Add tabs to Tab Islands
• Remove tabs from Tab Islands
• Move tabs to another Tab Islands (Can be done using Remove then Add)
• Know If the Tab Islands are collapsed
• Get the Tab Island color
• Get the Tab Island Index (can be assumed by the index of tabs within it)
