Opera GX Window Size Not Saved

Wondering if there is a fix, that I haven't been able to find, to save the size of the browser window on Opera GX?

Note; I am using Windows 10, as I have some this issue on the forums with Linux and the standard Opera browser.

Chrome would save the size and position, so anytime I open a new window it would already be positioned and sized appropriately for my liking. Usually when opening it for the first time after booting up.

Spare me the "just run it maximized and it isnt a problem." Many reasons why I do not do that, primary being I do not need my browser taking up an entire screen.

Really like GX, and am going to keep using it, but would just like a fix for QOL.
