The apps on my PC itself, like Spotify and my games are fine. Youtube inside opera gx and VOD's for twitch are fine. For some reason however no matter what channel i go into if its a live broadcast i get audio stutter. Its not repeating think of trying to talk while someone is bouncing you up and down in a chair. None of the others inside the streams have this issue and the audio and internet troubleshooters on my PC detect nothing.

And it has become worse. I just started my computer up for the day and went to Twitch and its a slide show with no audio at all. I am usually at 720 for the quality. I thought it might be my connection and dropped it to 160 still doing the same as it was at 720.

Found the trigger. If my headset is turned on after the browser is open for some reason that freezes it. To do a partial fix i have to close the browser completely through task manager, hitting the X to close normally does not work. Then turn my headset on, wait for it to connect, Then open the browser. Horribly designed if this is intended.

I've decided to just not use this browser anymore. No support on this after a week, and after looking at task manager it uses more memory than Diablo 4.
