[Debian 11.6] Opera crashes when open settings

Version 97.0.4719.63 deb package.

Opera will crash when open settings, both by clicking the settings button or press Alt+P.

The error output of console when it crashed is

[0410/102350.931832:ERROR:elf_dynamic_array_reader.h(64)] tag not found
[0410/102350.931923:ERROR:elf_dynamic_array_reader.h(64)] tag not found
[0410/102350.932327:ERROR:elf_dynamic_array_reader.h(64)] tag not found

Same thing is happening to me, also when opening the extensions tab or loading sites.

It's not 100% consistent, sometimes I can get to the settings page, some times it will crash a few seconds after.
