Add a server in Brazil or another South America country for Data Saving feature

Today, the "Data Saving" or "Save data" feature that, when activated, compresses web pages in both Opera android browser and Opera Mini uses Opera servers around the world.

However, there are still no servers in South America, only USA, Europe and Asia.

So those who live in South America (such as Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.) have a very high latency when activating this feature.

Please add a server in Brazil or another country in South America for the Opera Data Saving feature.
