I too am wondering about this feature so I decided to bump this thread. I don't understand why this isn't getting any attention from the team...

It's been 3,000 years now and apparently this simple thing cannot be done? Other browsers have already landed on Mars, we still out here trying to sync or addons..... Wtf?

Here's hoping in 2023, we've got syncing across devices which include extensions

Hi,
I wholeheartedly agree with this suggestion concerning the addition of adding extensions in the 'advanced sync settings' area. Currently as most people already know users have to add their desired extensions manually which seems rather old fashioned. -

I do a lot of coding/development & lately I have to reset my entire Opera profile wayyy to frequently (after opera crashing instantly on start).
I still love Opera but Sync All is definitely not Sync All...- I use loads of extensions (and only some of them got their own sync system).
Please implement a Sync Extensions option - Settings aren't synced either (I've got mine pretty fine tuned & it take loads of time to do all over again...)
- Search engines synchronization would be awesome too!
Please do something about it or I'm afraid I'll have to switch back to Google Chrome! (with full extension synchronization)

@phyck why switch to Chrome instead of Edge? Edge is much better right now

You know why I'm here so I'm not even gonna say it. Been years. Make it happen for the love of God.

I jump between devices all the time, not to mention you have a whole ad campaign with Xzibit now about pimping your mother******* browser. Well I want to sync everything I've done to customize my browser including my extensions and settings for said extensions.

I'm still hoping that at some point in the not too distant future that the opera developers will seriously consider implementing the addition of including the addition of extensions in the syncing function.

Hey devs (more like management). You just don't give a s*it, right? Let's create 15 more browser variants and offer VPN on mobile 10x times a day (contradicts the ad blocker), but let's not do the #1 feature your users want. Make sense...

I don't always reinstall windows, but when I do, I really miss my extensions...

@gonzalesl I completely agree with you, but It seems to me, that no one from Opera cares about this thread.

before a time ago, I was using V7 Extensions Manager in order to save url links of my extensions. Now, because it is removed from store, I can't use it. SimpleExtManager is still good but does not give extension link. I found a way for opera extensions at https://forums.opera.com/topic/9395/extension-url-on-addons-page but what about Google extensions on Opera? Any ideas?

@user5 Syncronization of extensions can be quite hard to do because of the support for Chrome extensions. However, if Opera show url of extensions at the extension setting page, and if there would be a way to save these url links, it can be easier to install them back.
V7 Extension Manager was a good solution but it was removed from extension store.
Do anyone know any Opera extension that list the url links for all installed extensions? -

@njt145 I dont know about extension, but you can store all installed extension links inside a folder in bookmarks. I have done that.
