Sync not syncing Tabs between Windows and Ubuntu

I run a dual-boot Windows 11 and Ubuntu 20.04 with Opera on both OS's. Sync "everything" is setup and both are logged into the same account.
Bookmarks, etc. are synced just fine between the two, but I can only see "This Computer" under the Tabs section. Neither on Windows, not on Ubuntu I see the other "computer" (as Opera would see them as different computers).
What am I missing here?

Seems the issue was that my Windows Opera has lost the passphrase for syncing when I upgraded to version 96 something...
I upgraded to 97.0.4719.43 just now and then the option to type in the passphrase i back and it is now syncing properly! -
