For me, on all but my current computer, Opera and OperaGX both show this, https://i.imgur.com/QhBu810.png. I have tried to start another account as well as signing out and back in several times, even changed my MAC addresses for my wifi, ethernet, and bluetooth just to ensure it's not an error there.
