Opera related sites and services not working

Hello everyone!
I'd like to report a weird problem that is happening to me, I've been using Opera GX for years but without utilizing their services due to them being blocked on my home internet, even though a friend of mine uses the same provider, I am unable to use services on my wifi but I can on his.
Keep in mind that my router has default settings same goes for his router and yet it doesn't work for me. Services such as (Flow, VPN, addons, etc..) and sites that use Opera domain, for services they simply don't work and for sites I get the "no connection" prompt.
If there is a way to fix it please reply to this post as I really enjoy Opera GX.Regards,
