Uploading GIFs doesn't work.

When I upload a .GIF to any website the file chooser doesn't close and then I can't close it so I have to end the browser cause I can't interact with anything. I've checked if the files were corrupted and they weren't, the problem has been happening for a few weeks now.

it may be depending upon the size of the image or gif. use some image resizer to shrink the image/gif file size and then try to upload
