In Chrome, goto the URL chrome://settings/passwords, click the 3 dots to the right of "saved passwords", and export your passwords to a csv file. In Opera, goto the URL opera://flags/#password-import, enable the flag, restart Opera, goto the URL opera://settings/passwords, click the 3 dots to the right of "saved passwords", and import the csv file.

I have tried all of this but it shows all of my 126 passwords as unsaved... Does anyone know how I can fix this? I feel unsafe giving my information to a weird website or writing it down on my computer.

@jihan2011 I just figured it out on mac,

1. search for keychain access
2. find Opera Safe Storage
3. under access control allow all applications
4. open Chrome Safe Storage
5. under access control allow all applications
   5.restart both browsers and log in
6. click your log in letter/account on the top right of opera browser
7. there should be first option sync syncronization
8. click sync, sync everything, choose chrome
9. Wallah!After that i wont go back and change those setting to not allow all applications just incase for safety so no sketchy applications get your password bank
