Extensions don't work for a bit when i first open the browser

Every time I turn on my pc and open opera the extensions don't work. this isn't really a huge issue but it's really starting to tick me off. I either get flashed cause my dark theme extension didn't work or I get ads even tho I have an ad blocker. When I refresh the page it gets fixed tho
