Okay, so up until now, besides a complete lack of any features, Opera Next was a good web browser, not exceptional like the old Opera, but still, quite usable and in my opinion, better than the competition. However, now I'm having serious problems with the browser. Specifically, it stopped loading web pages this past weekend for a couple of days, then came back on it's own. The only new feature I actually liked or used, the Discover news feed reader, is now busted. It shows the stories but clicking them does not reliably result in any action. So, anyhow, I'm throwing this out there in case someone has had a similar problem but I searched the forums and I don't see anything. It makes me sick to say it but after years with Opera, I think I'm going to have to switch. You know what really stinks? The only browser besides Opera that does everything I need is IE. Joy.

No problem here using Opera 18. Discover loads, and links work.

I suggest you check what version of Opera Blink you currently have, and compare it the latest release available from the developer blog.

If the one offered there is newer than yours, install it, and find out if that problem has been fixed.

Thanks guys. I was hoping someone had encountered the problem before but looks like it's just me. No biggie. Firefox just got my business. Toodles!
