Shake to win problem

When I try to open my shake to win site,
It's shows me error in network configuration

Since my update today 1st of December 2020.. can't access my shake and win account.. (network error check network configuration) my network is fine.. after resetting me twice.. if am reset again.. I need a compensation or I will assume it's all fruad cos am close to winning big prices.. Fix this, time is running ou ```

Please I don't know what happen or what to do next, opening my opera mini this morning and I discover that the shake and win icon is no more there..what the way forward please
