Every video is lagging

Hello. I reinstalled windows and now every video is lagging for me. tho it does not lag in youtube with full screen. I have same problem with fire fox. Meanwhile chrome works fine.

Well, video lags on both opera and firefox, while it doesn't on chrome. So something is wrong with them.

Flash player plug-in problem ?, as they both (firefox and Opera) use the same one.

It's possible that it is flash problem. But i already tried to reinstall.
EDIT: It does not lagg in 144p at not full screen. I tried older flash versions, didin't worked.
Is there still is compatibility mode in opera? For example run sites as chrome? -

I had a similar problem which weirdly turned out to be something to do with uTorrent and the firewall. Try closing/disabling these if you have them.

Yes it is up to date. It weird that is lagging only on not full screen. And the higher quality it is set, the more it lags. but as soon as I open it in full screen it is all fine.
Btw this problem started when i switched to Win 8 x64. Before i were using W7 x32. Not sure if it matter. -

I have a same problem. It started for me when I got a new version from Opera. I don't remember when this happened. I noticed too that with Chrome videos are not lagging.
