Trying to delete any comment will always delete the last one of that topic.

I've added that to our bug tracker as well, and we'll look into it. It currently doesn't work for me, so i'm going to assume you were being sarcastic

What about the issue making random posts disappear (they don't show in the mods' dashboard)?

If you use "Ban user + delete all posts" then nothing is shown about it on Edit/Delete logs. So I would just assume that some other mod/bot dealt with those threads already.

@leevi nooo, I'm talking about comments (not threads) by real and trusted users who aren't banned.

I'm unaware about this issue. If you have any more details, eg threads where posts have disappeared or anything else that can point me in the right direction, that would help.

Yes, that's what the ";P" was supposed to express.
I know that irony and sarcasm are hard to sense in a web environment
