Slightly bigger "new tab" button

It would be nice if the new tab button extended to the top border of the browser and the border of the rightmost tab. It happens often that I quickly move my mouse up and click, and don't realize that I have to move a bit down for the new tab. Just a small QOL thing.

@89o The button not extending to the top of the window is a regression bug that's been there for a while. Hopefully it will finally get fixed.

I just downloaded Opera GX and that's the only problem I could find to the browser haha !

Hope they'll fix it soon !!
