Can't change profile picture

Whenever I try to change my pfp, when I upload the file it loads very slowly and then an error message appears (message in the image attached)

@nacul I also cannot change mine. Its a big fat ugly blue standard user Icon,I tried changing mine,it said uploaded etc,but doesnt show up on my home page or speed dials. They should have kept the old sign in way.

@brandon-bridglal i also uploaded a picture, it shows up on the account page, but the icon is still a blue empty ugly thing that just sits in the toolbar serving absolutely no purpose other than being annoying.
