@sybil013: That sounds less like an Opera problem (I've used it for a while, never had such an issue), and more like a you problem.
If you took better care of your computer (I don't and I've never had these problems) then you'd not be having such issues. -

Andrearx782 last edited byI discovered ABP accidentally in 2015 (at the time I was using Firefox) I have never abandoned it, my main use is to avoid advertising on Youtube; it is now also backed by Opera's "ABP" and I have never seen annoying advertisements while browsing again.

Давным давно перестало блокировать в опере, особенно элементы поганого Яндекса. Видимо они смогли натянуть все эти блокировщики )))))

The best ad blocker I've ever used, and I've been using Ad Block Plus for about a decade or more.

That is a weird issue indeed. Does the happen with any other ad blocker or just Ad Block Plus? Have you disabled the native Ad Blocker built into Opera? Do you have the latest version of Opera? Have you tried disbling all other extensions? I don't know what else to try. -

@jtveg only on opera and only with adblocker plus and only on a lenova 9i yoga. my desktop 5900x am with windows 11 pro it works perfectly. no idea why it doesnt on my windows 11 home on the lenova.

As far as I can tell it does block Twitch ads. The only ads it can't block are ads that are included as part of the stream. Any ads that will appear on the page can and should be blocked. -

This is a famous ad blocker that works for most websites. However it doesn't work for Facebook. To block Facebook ads try this add-on instead:

Really hate the new version and not happy from how they force checkout!!!
not sure to keep this app if they persist in this choice...
