How do I bloc ads in Opera 19?

In Opera 12, I right click to find "block content". What is its equivalent in Opera 19?

Whaaa? You mean Opera 19 doesn't allow you to do it natively? Back to Opera 12 I go... Take note, Opera, reason why I even bother Using 12 over FireFox is b/c of native adblocking!
