Password Manager doesn't work

I have been using Opera for about 10 years and it comes hard to me to use it now. One of the reasons is the password manager.
In most of the web sites, it doesn't remember the login info. "Offer to save passwords" is selected and the login info is saved for the desired web site, I can see the saved password in Opera Password Manager. But neither the old method CTRL+Enter works nor itself fills the form.
I have Opera setup on 4 computers at work, all the same. There are really very few web sites that it works for. The web sites which it can't remember the credentials of are all built with different techs like ASP, PHP, ASP.NET. So I don't think it's related to a specific web site.
Btw, it's really interesting to see Opera has left it's own engine Presto and stick to Chrome's. Sad.
Edit: OK, I found out that it doesn't work for the web sites that use an SSL Certificate, those which use HTTPS protocol. So what now?

Ctrl + Enter isn't present in the newest Opera browsers.
The login and password fields will be automatically filled when you go to a login page where those data were saved before. If it doesn't appear type the first letter of your username and press the down arrow key and Enter to accept the auto-complete and Opera should fill the password field.Originally posted by Elmacik:

There was a bug that caused the password manager bar to not appear on some sites and it's fixed in Opera 19. Please wait for the final release of this version and try it. If you're still unable to save a password after that report a bug saying in what website this is still happening.

@rafaelluik, yes I know CTRL+Enter is not present, that's why I call it "old method". And yeah you're right about "how to use", since I've been using it for years as I already stated above. Well, till now, it seems like SSL web site credentials are not auto filled. Some of the web sites already has "remember user name" function. So when that website is entered, user name box is auto filled by the site itself. If the website is on HTTP protocol, Opera autofills the password, but if it's using a certificate (HTTPS), Opera doesn't autofill the password, although you manually type the username or press down button for it.

This is not right as it's filling automatically for https://www.facebook.com/ here.

@rafaelluik, with a good intention, you are trying to help I guess, but for claiming that what I say is wrong, you will have to have tested all the sites I am talking about and even on my computer. So, your basic judgement as "this is not right" is invalid.
If you had access to these sites, you could easily test it:
https://www.bayinet.com.tr
https://www.sonmezagb.com/There are a few others more. By the way, some of them work now and for some web sites it saves both password and user name, but on some other computers it saves only the password and not the user name for the same website.

The new update seems to has solved the password autofill problem. But username saving problem still exists. For example some web sites ask for id number, username and password. That counts to 3 fields. Opera on one computer saves and autofills all 3 of them, but Opera on another computer with the same version, on the same website, saves only the username and password; not the ID. You have to type it manually. And Opera on one another computer, saves the password only, when you type the ID and username manually, it autofills the password. Interesting, isn't it?
