Use bottom panel to move through tabs

Recently I noticed a convenient feature in chrome on the phone which is not in the opera. In chrome, if you hold down the top panel, pull it to the right or to the left, you can switch to adjacent tabs. It would be convenient if the opera had a similar function only with the capture of the bottom panel.
