Is Opera VPN still blocked in Russia?

As I know, several months ago Russian government was going to block Opera VPN and Opera just hid VPN from users. So I have two questions:

• Was Opera VPN really blocked?
• Was it relevant for Windows only or attract Linux too?

Is there someone from Russia, who use Opera for Linux and can check how Opera VPN works today?

@Styen, the VPN is blocked or the button is hidden? Did you tried this way? It worked when I used Opera, but I'm not sure.

В смысле VPN заблокирован или просто кнопки в браузере нет? Первое время работал вот этот способ.

@semenov-sherin no vpn option in settings and even enabling it at https://addons.opera.com/ru/extensions/details/opera-vpn/ doesn't work anymore
