opera version and flash

I have a old 1.3GHz laptop. the latest version of flash advises 2.33Ghz to work well. So I need to back rev to an older version of flash. But what is the oldest revision of flash that Opera 18.0 will take? Perhaps I need to back rev Opera as well? Anybody know what a stable version that works well with flash is?

I am using version 11,9,900,170 on Opera 11.64 without any obvious problems.

You can find an old version of Flash (and other software) on oldversion.com, though that is not an official site and downloads must be regarded potentially dangerous. Also, if you don't know which version you are looking for (i.e. which one suits you best), it might be a bit of a hassle to find out.
To be honest, I wouldn't even consider installing Flash on an old notebook. I also don't do it on newer computers, because I still have to find a reason for it to be there.
