Where did the buttons go?

All buttons, but search panel, just disappeared! I didn't change settings before this. And, the most weird. When i open the browser after turning on the computer, there Are the buttons! Then they disappear until next restart. What to do?

@darrset I don't know if it's because of this but maybe it's because when you refresh you are able to write in the search bar without clicking on it, and it hides the buttons, I don't know how to explain it better but maybe if you click on another part of the screen the buttons appear again
