You can use pop-up bubble options to offset Pop-up Button location.
Please note that location of translation button is related to how you select the text for translation.
If you selected text by moving mouse from bottom to top then the translation button will be in the top of the selected text plus your offset.
If you selected text by moving mouse from top to bottom the then translation button will be in the bottom of the selected text plus your offset. -

A good extension
I have had some problems with the dictionary part
When trying to translate a single word, it does not translate it, and the part where the translation should appear remains blank
Try the extension from the opera page and from the chrome web store
I use Opera 77.0.4054.254

@anony-mouse-zt-ua Если что-то не важно конкретно вам — это не значит, что это не важно другим. Возможно, появилась новая функция, которую очень сильно ждал кто-то другой. И он оповещению будет рад.

@anony-mouse-zt-ua Вы, наверное, не отдаёте себе отчёта, кто вы и где вы. Вы здесь — лицо подчинённое. А АВТОР программы — ваш начальник. И если он посчитал нужным сделать вот так — то именно так он и сделал. Вот если когда-нибудь вы сами сможете развиться до уровня автора — то там и будете принимать решения. А пока ваше дело маленькое — хавать, что дают.

We have fixed the bug which we believe might have caused the reported issue.
The new version 16.12 has been published and is awaiting for Opera Team Editorial Review.

it's nice and good but i can't my main problem with these im translators or translators in general is that i can not see the pinyin or romaji version Which Is What I Mainly Want !
