I look for a add-on to Notepad(kladblok)

I'm not sure I ever ask this question here before, because I've ask it in almost every other internet browser.....

I'm looking for an add-on or extention to Windows notepad, in my Dutch version it's called "kladblok". I use it to work on the html codes of several websites. In internet Explorer it's possible, but only there, nowhere else. I hope somebody can do the job for me to make an add-on to this small program. This is what it looks like:
