I have problem with viedos and streams on Opera GX. The picture is weird blue and you just can't see anything. The problem was just like that. I am using the latest version of Opera GX and have updated all the updates I have had. On other browsers like Firefox and Google Chrome, this problem is not unique to Opera GX. I have a 64x system. For more information, please ask and in addition, for comparison, I am sending 2 pictures of the screen, one of the opera and the other of chrome.

@tito69 Might be related to hardware acceleration.

It also looks to me like color/hue is being inverted on per-color basis (which could be directly linked to hardware acceleration and/or color controls, etc).
Eg. Red color is inverted to something more like cyan.
