[Suggestion] Exclude cookies from deletion

I'm posting this here and not in the suggestions page, because that page seems to be for the default Opera browser, not Opera GX specifically.

Anyway, I do A Lot of browsing over the course of a month or two, and I end up with easily 60,000+ cookies. Only like 0.01% of those are from sites I regularly visit, and the rest I only ever go on once to find some random thing I googled.

It'd be amazing if (idk if this already exists, but I looked around and I can't find anything like this) you could select cookies out of your current ones, which will keep them in some list that is not removed when you clear your browsing data. That way you can erase all the junk, but still keep stuff like your logged in accounts on the sites you use daily.
