Mouse gestures aren't working

I can't use mouse gestures in opera gx. like two-finger swipe left to go backwards or right swipe to go forward. I enabled it in settings but it doesn't work. i was able to use it before but my pc was reset, i reinstalled opera gx and i can't use it anymore. how can i solve this?

I faced this problem too !!! Return it as it was !!!

Based on quick look through the release notes, I'd say that the last release that had the security updates and also working trackpad gestures was LVL 2 (core: 75.0.3969.285) – 2021-06-10.

Next release updated the core to 76 and brought the regression that we loathe now.
