Problem syncing tabs to other devices, clones of devices

I only use it on a PC and smartphone, but due to reinstallation and synchronization on the phone. "new" devices appear (highlighted 4).
Tell me, can I somehow fix this, delete unnecessary ones?
Yes, the old problem of synchronizing bookmarks and tabs remains, especially bookmarks, sometimes you have to log out of your account and sync again.
