Opera crashing itself and other apps?

Whenever I try to play any game, whether it'd be something light like Roblox or something a bit heavier like Genshin Impact, Opera seems to crash itself, and other apps crash after it for example discord. I keep getting error messages from other apps meanwhile Opera just freezes.

It isn't a CPU or Memory issue, because they are all under 80% when this happens. I am on windows and I'm not sure what the problem is, I didn't have this happen with chrome.
